Chemical free with no additives just 100% nettle seeds packed with vitamins, phytonutrients and minerals. Also a natural adaptogen.

Ideal sprinkled on salads, yogurt, porridge, anything really. Can even be made into tea or as a coffee additive.

Just a little goes a long way. Half a teaspoon however you like it is recommended per day.
